I've been going to this Salon since it opened almost two years ago... and I always had great service. The staff and front desk were friendly, super nice and the quality of the stylists was high grade. I was at the mall shopping last week and decided to drop by for a quick blowout and was shocked to see that NONE of the old staff was there. The person at the front desk informed me, quite rudely, that the salon was under ""new management"" and wouldnt say anything else. Then the new manager came out and the guy looked like he belonged in some backroom making under the table deals rather than running an upscale salon!!! I was shocked. the place was empty, which NEVER was the case when Luba and the original staff was there, and I'm not surprised. Anyway, the prices stayed the same as well as teh menu but the stylists changed - FOR THE WORST. The stylists almost burned my hair while straightening it... and gave me attitude when I told her how i wanted it styled!!! Shame on me for not walking out....The attitude from all the employees was so unprofessional, they are going to make all the clients run for the hills. I wont be surprised if they close down within a couple of months. New management doesnt look like they know how to operate a beauty business, or ANY business and need to get FIRED!.\r Never going back there again... \r
