Flexibility: I called way pass 8pm the night before November 4th, Teresa picked up the phone and assisted with my last minute rental; and made it really easy for me. 2. Deliver what promised: was on time 3. Friendly: very very friendly 4. Competitive pricing: day long pricing, not by hour 5. They had a great choice of bouncers. My kids had a great time; I got less headache since the expectation was met. I would rent the jumper again from this party rental company, in few weeks for sure; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
