Worst clinic/lab EVER. I wish I had read the previous review before going to my HSG test appointment today. This was/ is supposed to be a simple procedure to find out if my fallopian tubes are blocked, or if there's anything wrong with me since my husband and I are trying to have a baby.
The Indian lady doctor did not have any manners at all, treated me like an animal, and when she had trouble inserting the catheter up my cervix, she promptly stormed out of the room after three attempts, claiming that this was a failed test. As far as I know, this test wasn't supposed to hurt as much as it did.
I was so distraught and traumatized as the nurse told me to clean myself up and change. I caught her complaining to a male nurse about how bad my test went as I went outside to meet my husband, who was nice enough to take time off his busy schedule to pick me up from the clinic.
If you want a patient and kind doctor who is sympathetic with great bedside manners, DO NOT go to Doshi Diagnostics in Flushing. The nurse who helped me get ready for the procedure was nice but ended up making excuses for the doctor, saying that it's standard procedure that their clinic is given a certain amount of time to conduct the test. As far as I know, I was the last appointment of the day, and they took 10-15 minutes at the most to test me. It seems like everyone was in a hurry to go home.
I had no idea what my next steps were, and instead got advice from the nurse instead of the supposed specialist who conducted my test. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to and this doctor should have her medical license revoked. I would rate this place with no stars, if I could.
