Had the driver’s side window of my car smashed in the parking lot while exercising. They then popped open the trunk and took anything of value.\r

One of the police officers who responded to the scene indicated that a number of other cars had been broken into in the parking lot in the past. \r

The manager at Planet Fitness could not have cared less. She never returned my calls when I left messages stating that I wanted to discuss improving security at the gym. Neither did the owner.\r

When I finally spoke to the manager, she admitted that other cars had been broken into, but was then quick to point out that there are signs saying they are not responsible. She added that the camera in the parking lot, which was right over my car, did not work. Why even bother installing them then?\r
