NEVER use this company. They are awful. Despite the high costs upfront and the assurance they will work to find you tenants, they will not. They make very minimal attempt to locate tenants and then treat any potential tenants rudely. We had issues with a lock that was preventing anyone from getting into the house before it was rented and they refused to go out and fix it, thereby delaying any potential tenants from viewing the home. We ended up finding our own tenants and it took them months to send the partial refund. We dealt with many delays in money owed to us and had to constantly request our money to be sent to us. They hired terrible and expensive vendors who were also rude to our tenants, so we ended up doing all of our own maintenance handling from out of state. Basically we paid them to collect rent checks, hold onto them for several weeks, and hopefully send us the balance when it was due to us. DO NOT use this company. They are expensive, unprofessional, and I truly can't believe they are still in business.
