Review content:
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I used them to manage my property that I bought a while back. They LOST my house keys, garage door and association key. I have no way of getting into my OWN house. They refuse to take any responsibility. I just want to get into my house...but they said it was not their fault. Well if the keys and other belongings never made it to me whose fault is it? Whatever you do.. do not EVER use them. Save yourself the headache and pain. I have spoken to supervisors and the property manager and they have no customer service. Call me crazy but isn't a property management company supposed to manage a property and get the belongings back to the homeowner. They raise rates constantly and do shoddy work. DO NOT USE THEM!
