They do nothing. They supposed to manage for you but when you need their help, they are not there for you.
They only care themselves. I did not get 2 month rent and have to evict the tenant by my self, going through the court.
All they ask is money...money...money. If the tenant paid late, they took all the late fee and penalty. We get nothing.
When tenant move out, all the damage cost by the tenant did not get paid to us. Most of the deposit from tenant took by desert wide. Even though the tenant did not paid, they charged management fee to us. All the late fee and penalties apply to the deposit money.
I have to paint my house, replace dis washer, clean up the yard, most likely to replace carpet. They said they can only charge cost of the paint and not my labor. They cann't charge to replace dis washer because I don't know what happen to the dis washer.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
