Our '03 Suburban had developed an intermittent
""low frequency grinding"" noise which, during a scheduled oil change at the dealer, was thought to be a cracked heat shield. The dealer was not equipped to repair the problem so, based largely on Citisearch reviews, I took the vehicle to USA Muffler & Brakes where: I was treated like royalty by the receptionist, Sheri; the vehicle's exhaust system was checked by mechanic Steve: the crack was shown to me; and the fix made within minutes! When informed that the vehicle was ready, I inquired as to the cost and was told that there was ""NO CHARGE"". They politely asked for my future business which they will surely receive.
