I would not recommend Matta and Matta real estate at all. They did not follow through at all after the first few weeks of helping me look for a home. No call backs or emails after awhile. They treat you like a number and not a customer. Don't sign anything with them. You are better going with a more reputable and national corporation.
Cons: Stopped showing properties, returning calls, etc even though they had me sign a contract
