Arrow Financial is one of the most unprofessional organizations I personally have ever dealt with. Their customer care is seriously pathetic. The word ""care"" should be removed from that title because they do not care at all! I have left message after message for these people to call me back about a disputed file I have with them. This has gone on for months with no response. When you do get to talk to one of their ""agents"", its pathetic how uneducated and pretty much retarded they are.\r
Way to go Arrow Financial, you are pathetic!\r
