Review content:
I have to wonder if people think with such a sophisticated Executive Chef and Owner as Gabriel Viti that Miramar is just ""another"" restaurant in Highwood. Seriously, the true secret of Miramar is in the ingredients. The things I love on the menu farrrr outweigh the negative. I have to wonder if people have truly enjoyed French cuisine to understand that the menu is unpretentious and flavorful!\r

Dishes I highly recommend include and are not limited to ;) ...Soup de Jour, ANY salad -especially the Duck Confit and Mixed Greens, oh yeah, and the Tuna blows away any sushi restaurant, Mussels Steamed in Garlic and White Wine (ha, best I ever had! add a side of linguine and this Picky Princess is in heaven), and fresh fish of the day, yummmy! \r
\r
On Sunday, grab your hung over derrière and head out for salmon, eggs to order, pancakes, plus the Bloody Mary –only one and THAT will cure anything quick! \r

Sooo, I wonder what unsophisticated people eat, guess it's Denny's. I think this place Rocks and all the haters need to kick up their expectations to, uuhhmm, real food at Miramar, phlueezze!
