Review content:
I have been a customer of Vinson's for over 20 years, originally starting on Greenmount Ave. I have seen lots of vets come and go. Dr Cujik was phenomenal and saved one of my dogs - he is gifted. In the past few years things have gradually gone downhill. B/c of having multiple animals, doing rescue animal work, I have been buying heartworm meds online. Vinson's is not happy w/this and has stated so. I am very disappointed in them - my dog just had a physical 2 months ago, and then recently need his distemper updated and despite me saying he was only there for a shot he was rexamined and I was charged another 'physical exam' fee. My other dog had her distemper shot at 9 y/o, began acting strange and despite me repeatedly telling (another) vet @ Vinson's that I thought it was from the shot, the vet refused to believe me until I had to have my dog euthanized a week later. (The necropsy showed my dog had viral encephalitis due to the shot.) I am switching vets finally!
