We hired this company to take over our homeowners association in Walnut Creek. It's a large job- around $7900 per month in fees. These guys came in with the slick sales guys and promised the world. They delivered mow and go service. We rarely saw anyone that knew anything about landscaping. The extra fees were crazy for every little thing. We had extra fees before but nothing like this. One of the sprinkler guys was complaining to me as he was trying to figure out a sprinkler wire problem. He said the company is all about money. He spent 15 minutes mumbling about how smart his little girl is and another 15 talking about how he has to make sure his time gets billed. Turns out we were billed for that.
