I tried to work with the owner, Jim Barbian, in regards to a small landscaping project that I had. He basically told me that he was working with his current ""valued"" clients and we may not be a good fit because I was impatient. After several to email him he replied only once over a week. My impression was that my project was too ""small"" for him so he just chose to ignore me instead. I urge you to stay away from him as he is rude and very un-professional. That's probably why he is not an accredited business with the BBB. When choosing a contractor definitely search for one using the BBB and Nari so you can avoid people like this.
