Contracted with Dennis (Jay) Miller of Mountainview Patio Rooms to build screen porch on existing deck. It was to be completed in 3 weeks. Miller took $1500 down payment and the excuses for not showing up to do the work started the very next day. After weeks of lies, broken promises and only approximately 5 hours of work performed, he admitted the money was used for personal expenses. We never saw the material that he repetitvely told us he purchased with the $1500.00. We were left with the only option which was to litigate and won judgment for $1500 plus court costs. We are currently pursuing wage garnishment to recoop our money. Horrible experience. Please do not use this contractor. He is not licensed and appears to us as being very delusional.
