Review content:
As a small business owner, I was looking for a fulfillment center to perform my shipping and store my inventory. I thought I would garner a greater degree of personal care and attention by choosing a local, individually owned business. Pick Pack seemed perfect - a small business, low prices...\r
\r
I soon learned I had made a very poor business decision - chasing the low prices instead of focusing on the potential danger signs – an understaffed organization hiring people not trained in order fulfillment with an owner whose business philosophy is the antithesis of customer service. Rather than focusing on their customers needs and helping their customer succeed, Pick Pack was unwilling to perform even the most rudimentary customer service functions without charging us. The owner came across as condescending and chauvinistic towards me and my female employees. \r
\r
Moving fulfillment centers isn't an easy task once you are established with a fulfillment center, so it should speak volumes when I say I had enough and left. \r
Pros: low prices
Cons: arrogant management
