Review content:
This studio has it all; skilled Pilates instructors, peaceful atmosphere and a great selection of equipment with both group and private training sessions. I really love the new classes they've added, especially the Boot Camp, TRX and Barre Pilates classes,\r

I was in the Army for 23 years and jumped out of airplanes as an Airborne Soldier for the last half of my career. My back was shot. Despite physical therapy, pain meds and chiropractic care I was living with an 8-9 pain level daily. I had truly lost hope that anything other than surgery could relieve my pain. I was ready to try the pain injections when a relative told me to try Pilates first.\r
\r
I had been in multiple PT sessions with only minor relief so I walked in and tried it. In a year, my back pain has gone from a chronic 8-9 to a 3-4. I am stronger, I have more energy and I have learned how to protect my back through better posture. I have also lost over 30 inches and 50 lbs. Pilates has changed the way I think about exercise and aging!!! I am almost 52 and I am in better shape than when I was 40!!!! \r
\r
Pilates is not cheap but the prices here seem to be in line with prices for this area and the facility is beautiful and much bigger than others I have visited and the training is top notch. When I think of all the gym memberships and personal training sessions I have paid for in the past, I wish I would have spent it on Pilates. Plus the new classes they have added and the Boot Camp are a bargain. \r
\r
Pilates is a much bigger bang for the buck and my body has responded in way it never did with other types of training!!!! You have to try it yourself to know what I mean. \r
