Should you wish to see a rare blend of arrogance, ignorance and contempt for humanity, please visit the 'mechanics' at this location. The ultimate testament to this description is a nameless white guy that works there (nameless only because he had no name badge and refused to give his name - why bother to soil a decent name like ""Harold"" or ""Bob"" ?). He is about 5 foot, 8 inches. Dirty blonde hair. Slightly fat and clean shaven though rather clumsy and nervous. Spend a minute with the fellow and you will know that his life peaked while in diapers and with drool hanging from his portly chin.\r \r A recent interaction with him went as such:\r My family's car had stalled on their driveway. We wanted to see if he could help push us out of the way of his customer's cars so as not to hold up their business (just a couple of feet). \r \r His response? He began to chuckle. Then he said, ""You have to buy a service before I would ever help."" I insisted we just wanted to get out of his customer's way so that our car would not be blocking him. I even offered to buy a new battery from him. He replies with a laugh and then says, ""Too bad.""\r Then he walked off.\r \r A few minutes later he tried to help by being a smartass and asking, ""Do you even know how a car works?"". The glares we gave him caused him to scurry off revealing his cowardly nature in the ""Oops, I can't back up my shit-talk"" look on his face. A true fake tough guy. Napoleon complex indeed.\r \r At this point it is worth revealing that he has worked on our cars a couple of times. And with full confidence I can reply that HE does NOT understand how a car works. Him and his team have been unable to fix rudimentary leaks on our cars.\r \r All said, avoid the mechanics here as they are rude and unable to fix basic problems with your car.
