I paid Jon a couple thousand to resurface my slide. He had one of his guys do the job and there were a few problems that resulted in a patch job. I asked for another coat rather than a patch job and even offered to meet him half way and pay something for it. Instead of working it out with me, Jon got aggressive on the phone using profanity although I was at all times respectful to him. Unbelievable. Now I m going to have to fix it myself. \r
