Let me just warn you that if you decide to work for this company, you are in for a hell ride. First off, when you work with the consumers, its just great! Fantastic times. But when the management people come around everything sucks! DSA has no idea how to run a group home. Its so crazy. We are supposed to be taking care of the consumers and following the state guidelines. So when state is not around they don't care, and they will do whatever they want, but when state comes around everything changes and then they pretend that they follow the rules. THEY ARE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT MONEY .... how do i know this.. go to google and type in DSA (space) FSSA.... their you will find the current court case against DSA for stealing 361,000 from the state...this is DSA to a T. I hope that the consumers don't get burned for the mistakes of piss poor corporate. \r
Also read the comment about Tonia.. She has no idea what she is doing. So delusional and needs to get a clue of how to be management. She belongs in a group home!
