If you plan on working here be prepared to be pushed around. The Rd's are great and will work with you as well as most of your co-wokers. Most of the group homes are good to work in becuase of the clients, a couple group homes are not so fun. Just beware of TOP management. They NO NOTHING about working in a group home. Its trully sad becuase you, and your co-workers, and your RD and AD's know what your going through but corporate management don't get it. Especially a women named TONIA. Watch out for her, she's cold hearted and thinks she's above everyone else. The owners are trully down to earth people and try and look out for thier company. They expect the best and nothing is wrong with that! Just beware agian of TONIA. Not a nice lady and will treat you like trash becuase you are below her....in her eye's of course.
Pros: good co-wokers and clients
Cons: horrible management
