Review content:
The work that was done by Woodard Construction was not quailty. He did my entire house less than 8 years ago. Everything that he did now has to be redone. Upon redoing the work the new construction company has found many code violations that were unknown to a lay person. Not only was the work substandard It took him almost a year to complete the work. I had to hire a lawyer to get him to finish the work in a timely manner. He was slow to respond and not very cooperative. I contacted him about some of the things that have gone wrong or need repair. His response to me was that he would see how much more it would cost. I feel that if I spent 50,000.00 on this project I should not have to repay in order for him to correct his shoddy work. The things that have gone wrong, the tub continued to leak into the kitchen which in turn caused the ceiling in the kitchen to fall in. This was the original raseon that Woodard Construction Company was hired. I am now 8 years down the line and am having to pay someone come in and redo the work that Woodard did. I found out that the bathroom tiles were put on with liquid nail instead of the correct caulking, the tub was installed incorrectly. This is terrible
Cons: Slow work, Poor Quality Job
