Signed a contract after getting a quote from Sam of $1440 for 36 one-hour sessions, on a three month contract. Armando assure that even if I did not showed up on the first time to start the program my credit card was going to be charge for half, as agreed because I had signed a contract. During the first session, I discover the sessions were 30 minutes each, not one hour. I asked Sam via text and he answered "" one hour"" is to get bulky. I was confuse since the book and the only nutrition counseling from Sam advised to eat a snack at 9:00 pm and trainer advised different. The trainer asked me to do push ups on the bare floor. I am overweight and almost 50, you can imagine those time were a waste of time since I only tried because I could not do them. I wanted to use the equipment to lift weights with your arms from your shoulders but only used those once, because I asked the trainer. The trainer asked me a few times to warm up running around the building and he deducted the time I was running. He would stop right on time, never went a minute extra. I felt not much effort or concentration were present during training; he was sometimes talking and playing during my training sessions. Several times, I arrived and he was not visible. I needed to go to the front desk to ask them to call for him to start training. I needed to call for him several times to start training sessions. Armando at the front counter will not greet or talk to me upon arrival when I signed in at the front counter or any other time. He only talked to me two times to request the pay check. When I tried to re-schedule three make up sessions-- needed to talk to Armando, to trainer, and finally to Sam in order for me to be able to re-schedule. Armando made clear ""any make up sessions"" were not allowed after the expiration of my three month contract. I was so disappointed that during the last two weeks, I had a headache just thinking I was going to be there. If you are really serious about engaging to an exercise regimen, explore your options. Specially if you are going to pay $1440 for 36 half hour sessions. ( I missed 4).
