I'm kind of a foodie and I'm a huge fan of sausage (if you saw a picture of me, you'd believe it) and I love this stuff! \r

I was lucky enough to work the Parker farmer's market last season and was usually set up near these guys. I practically went broke buying so much sausage! I'd bet I've bought over 20 varieties of their sausages and sampled at least that many more and every one was great. Well, there was one, a fresh Whiskey Fennel Sausage that was only okay, but the rest were fantastic. I think they might have a dozen different bratwurst recipes alone. It's really amazing how many different kinds of sausage they create, from traditional recipes like Thuringer, Bockwurst and White Brats, to designer stuff like Chicken Apple Bratwurst and Cranberry & Wild Rice Sausage. Breakfast sausages, hot dogs and a variety of smoked sausages are also available. My favorite? Smoked Onion Sausage. Yum!\r

I know this probably sounds like a shill for the company, but I'm not associated with them in any way except that I had a long term interaction with the manager (Hi Jason!) at the farmers market over about a 4 month period. He is a first rate individual and their product is top notch!
