After seeing video of my dog playing rough, which we don't allow, I went against my better judgment and trusted these employees knew what they were doing. Boy I was wrong! I was told there was an incident where my dog injured another dog. I had a hard time believing the story that it was completely unprovoked since my dog is a passive dog who runs with her tail between her legs whenever a dog fight breaks out in the dogpark. Then i noticed a laceration on her anus. So much for it being unprovoked. The employees did not know how it happened and claimed she did not have any injury wen she left. I'm disappointed my dogs injury went unnoticed and that they allowed rough play to escalate to harming another dog. I will definitely be more picky about who I leave my dog with. As far as I know these employees have no certified training and after talking with a trainer, vet, and dog behavorist they all agreed the situation/story given to me does not add up. Lesson learned. Pros: dogs are well exercised Cons: supervision and discipline are questionable
