Review content:
unable to make followup appointment with doctor - staff refused to provide us with results of blood tests taken. Kept lying about not having the results yet. Clerical staff thought our dilemma was humorous. Demands to talk to the doctor and get our file were ignored to such a degree that we filed complaints with the Atty General and Medical Review Board. We'll see how funny it is now. We will not frequent this physician again and he should fire the whole office staff - get someone in there who know what they are doing and know how to tell the truth. First and foremost, the patient should come first, not the power of the office employees. Pros: Dr. Seemed concerned Cons: medical and office staff extremely rude, obnoxious
