Review content:
I went with a group to this Ihop in Garner. The food was great, the service was great. My waitress always had my cup filled and brought everything out extremely quickly despite the size of our group. My only problem is that because of miscommunication my waitress had put down that I ordered my pancakes as a meal instead of a side. When I noticed the mistake, she took the blame and went to correct the mistake on my ticket. The woman at the cash register was very rude and refused to fix it at first. I pressed the issue because I would have had to pay more than 13.00 for pancakes, sausage and bacon. I wanted a side of each of them. The woman finally agreed to fix the mistake but told me that I could not take any of my leftover food with me. I agreed (the price was so ridiculous) but the woman snatched the to go box from my hands and threw it in the trash. I did not even get a ticket. Having worked in the restaurant business before, I definitely expect better service.
