Review content:
I went in with a bladder and kidney infection which gave me pretty significant pain. There were two receptionists and one was on the phone (part of their job) the other was dealing with a difficult patient. Although my wait time was increased by lack of attentiveness I don't fault the staff for that. How can you? Anytime you step foot into any medical facility you should understand that your wait time may be longer than desired. Mine was about 45 minutes to an hour as well in the waiting room but the doctor came in about 15 mins after I was checked out by the nurse. I found the young female doctor who saw and treated me to be compassionate and kind and sincerely interested in my well being. I was given proper diagnosis and a perscription very quickly, she wasn't in a hurry she took her time with me to make sure her instructions were clear and answer any questions I had. I would definitely return and plan to in the future should I need to but certainly not if I am pressed for time. But to the person who ""walked out"" you may consider that although you make an appointment that other people's needs might come before yours and I am quite certain if it was an emergency situation they would have taken you in right away. Understand that the best doctors take their time with each patient and though you can estimate how long a visit might take you don't always get to control that. I hope people aren't put off by an impatient patient ;)
