I was a longtime customer until recently, when I suddenly became the object of Marie's wrath because I asked to exchange one product for another, similar one. (As I walked toward her with the container in my hand, Marie saw me and yelled, ""Now what!?"") I had returned another product about a month earlier, but these were the only times in all the years I've gone there that I had asked to return or exchange items. I have three cats, and I have bought substantial quantities of food, nutritional supplements, toys, food bowls, cat litter, beds, and carpeted towers from her. But everything Marie sells can be found elsewhere (and often cheaper), either in stores or online, and can be bought from pleasant, courteous sellers. I will not be going back to Pets Naturally.
