i moved from SC to this place. Toysrus experience was a total contrast to the one back in SC. The customer service and check out people do not talk in a friendly tone and can be offending. I was in 2 minds to write this until today I found one american coupe having a hard time with the customer service. Wish someone could provide competition to this outlet here. Would drive to lansing now. Will never go to this place.
