I went for a spa package recently and had a really great experience. The staff was very accomodating and didn't have a problem with substitutions. I have a bad back which makes lying on a massage table uncomfortable so I requested a chair massage and foot reflexology instead. They had no problem with this, with no change in price or length of service. It was heaven. The herbal/salt scrub was wonderfully invigorating and my skin still feels soft! The woman who did my facial recommended a cleanser that's better than anything I've tried in years. Also included were a first rate mani and pedicure, and lunch too! They need to work on coordinating when lunch is served. But that's a small issue compared to gracious and accomodating service with a smile. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I left feeling refreshed, and renewed. Who know we had this in Waltham!
Pros: Reasonable prices, good parking, not crowded
