It was a very quit park until about a year ago when Ted moved a trouble maker in there always getting stuff started, having the Law come out there several times. He takes pictures of you and your dog, yes there are bikers in the park ( 3 wheel bikers ), and people in there wheelchairs that ride around on the scooters.\r
Very Noisey people in there,retired nothing better to do than to keep stuff going.\r
I have lived here for 15 years now, and it has got worse this past year, it started going down when Ferris sold the park, rent keeps going up every year and you get less.\r
Don't recommend it !!!
Pros: Great Landlord, and Park Manager
Cons: Very Noisey neighbors
