Not pet friendly or people friendly. Has alot of motorcycles. Check it out for yourself and you'll see why there are so many for sale signs up. They speak for themself.
Pros: Has a great U.S. Mail letter carrier.
Cons: Gates don't work, no heat in clubhouse, no parking for guests, not pet friendly.Park doesn't enforce rules, allows motorcycles even though rules say no.
