I'm a long time Matrix customer, and have always been extremely happy with their service. Their technicians are top-notch and very knowledgable. They know Audis, Mercedes, and Porcshes inside and out. Also, their customer service is unbeatable. Jeremy always goes out of his way to answer questions and make sure you have all the details you need, and will frequently follow up to make sure everything is going well. I've also seen him go out of his way to answer questions for customers that haven't spent a dime at his shop. And they are honest, which is a rare trait in a service shop. If a part does not need to be replaced, they'll gladly tell you and save you the money. Unlike other shops, they are not all about making money... they care more about making a life long friendship and keeping customers happy, as happy customers lead to repeat business and lots of recommendations.\r \r Due to their great knowledge and excellent customer service, I trust no one else with my Audi S4. Matrix is the only shop I'll let touch my car.\r
