Review content:
While the loaner car service and pickup/drop-off service are great, I've had poor success in getting repairs done correctly the first time. As with most other service centers, if it's not blatantly broken, non-functional, on fire, or falling off the vehicle they can't ""reproduce the problem on the rack.""
Additionally, my car was left with a dirty interior several times after service. Finally, the body shop quoted me a $1,000 price tag as the ""only option"" for a scraped quarterpanel that was fixed at a local Ford dealership with a small amount of touch-up paint and compound for FREE.
I've gotten better service and support via my local Ford dealearship than through Infiniti of Ardmore. Overall, not a great experience for such a luxury brand. Maybe I should have bought another Ford.
Pros: Loaner service/pickup-drop off service
Cons: Repairs, customer service
