I came across this page and had to leave a comment. I have been and currently am a tenant of sanchez enterprise for around 7 years. I am very happy with my apartment. Everytime I have had a problem in my apartment, the owner has sent one of his workers and they have repaired the problem right away. The owner is always around and talks to me and my family when we are outside. He and his wife are extremely friendly and are truly very nice. In the seven years that I have been a tenant, my rent was only raised twice. My rent is still very cheap compaired to the rent of other apartments in the neighborhood. Iam happy with my apartment, the owner and the management. I highly recommend this company.
