When you are spending a few thousand dollars, you would hope people would appreciate you as a customer. The sales office is always understaffed, and I waited ten minutes in the store before even getting acknowledgment. We finally did get to speak the woman who owns/runs the shop, and she acted like I was burdening her with simple questions. Their file system is a dirty manila envelope, and their concern for their customers matches. I promptly left and have found better treatment at ALL of the many other options I stopped at. Make your own call but I guarantee you won't feel like you were treated anywhere near above average for the money you spend. If you are about to spend a thousand or two or three, wouldn't you want to feel like they want your business? Pros: Location Cons: Extremely Poor Customer Service, Poorly run business
