My Mercedes station wagon is at Central Hennepin Auto Body right now, and my BMW sedan was there last year, too (OOPS!). When I got my car back last year I was so amazed. You couldn't even tell I had had an accident, in fact, the body and paint job looked better than before! They always take care of everything regarding the insurance with no hassles so basically all I have to do is drop my car off, and they fix it PRISTINELY, and I get it back! Plus these guys, Rick and Tom, they are brothers, and they have been in this business forever, and so was their father. So they know EXACTLY what they are doing. They are so nice, too. I love chatting with them whenever I happen to see them. It's always a joy. They have a good location, too, right off East Hennepin Avenue a few blocks down from Riverplace. So they aren't out of the way of wherever I am usually going anyway. Also, whenever ANYBODY I know gets in an accident or needs body work done I ALWAYS send them to Central Hennepin. Because I'm confident they will get treated right, will be happy with the results, and won't have any negative experiences. So far, so good. I have had my little brother go there, my husband, of course, and tons of acquaintances. You can tell I love this place. I'll never go anywhere else! Pros: Nice guys, they deal with the insurance company, excellent quality of work, good location
