I've heard a few stories from close(white) friends about going in and being refused a seat, even though many were available and other asian people behind my friends were seated no problem. Also I've witnessed some people being seated but not served for quite some time, until eventually they got up and left. However, when I go to this restaurant with my Korean-American girlfriend, the service and food are incredible. The Kimchee rocks, and the dinner special with the eggroll are great deals (I recommend the Kung Pow Seafood). They somehow have our food done in ten minutes, and it is delicious. We go quite frequently even though they are obviously very racsist. Bring an asian friend and enjoy! Pros: Quick food, Large portions, Best Chinese on Campus Cons: Rascist Practices, Good luck getting served if you're white.
