When my car was in a hit-and-run in a parking lot, I went to several shops to collect the estimates for my insurance company. My parents told me to go to see Bill at Bighley's, but they weren't on the list. I went to them anyways and learned that I can bring my car anywhere I would like. \r

Bill was great and very professional. His estimate was less than the shops on the list for my insurance company. I showed him what the other places estimated and he said that some of the items were unnecessary and didn't need to be done. I had Bighley do the work and I got my car back quicker than I expected. I was amazed at how clean it was too. They cleaned the inside and washed it :) I even got to drive one of their cars at no charge.\r

I tell everyone about the good work and service at Bighley's.
