We used Superior Title for information on land we wanted to buy. It just so happened they had the property on file and gave us the information we needed immediately. Very nice to get info so fast. We wanted to build our new home on this property. So then we learned they could set us up with an escrow accounts to pay our contractors and workers. That was nice because contractors and workers were not paid until we inspected and approved the work. Once approved, Superior Title would pay the bill. It was a no hassle way for us to build our house. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our needs and very knowledgable about the laws and regulations. Their performance made our project go smoothly. I highly recommend you use Superior Title for land advice and also use an escrow account for your building needs.
