Review content:
Pinnacle Financial consists of the rudest people I have ever talked to. They have been calling our home for the last 4 years and it is the wrong number, we don't even know the person they are calling for. We have told them this a million times and they keep calling. Last night when my husband said they had the wrong number, the caller from Pinnacle did not believe him and started calling him the name of the person they were looking for, called him a lier, and threatened to start harrassing him at work...which would not be the correct place being it is the WRONG PERSON!! They continued to not believe the were calling the wrong place. We then called the number back asked for a manager who then continued to threaten us by calling all the time and sending us all kinds of mail. That was even after they did a reverse lookup on our number and found out the number is under our name, not the person they are calling for. This company should not be allowed to be in business and I plan to continue to pursue just that, getting them out of business.
