Customer Service Disaster at Greek Theatre \r
My husband who is a MD purchased 6 VIP tickets for Jackson 5 concert. One of our friend was running late to the event.I had to go outside and meet him in order to give him his ticket and parking permit. I was held outside for the rest of the concert.The obnoxious like"" security"" people would not let me get back to my 3 kids and the rest of my family. I have waited for this concert all my life.We have payed a lots of money for the tickets ,and i was treated like no human being can even imagine.They didn't care about my kids safety,they didnt care about me. The Greek Theater doesn't deserve clients like us ,and also doesn't deserve fantastic performers like Jackson 5. I would like to receive apology from Greek Theater for unacceptable treatment for the $ 1050.00 i spend the rest of the night outside , all i want to do is cry. Please support me in this effort to change this awful people behavior. I don't want to see someone else go through this. \r
