Businiess name:  Silvertone Bar & Grill
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
...a nurse, two med students, an opera singer, a successful entrepreneur, a physician, and one unemployed guy go into a bar? \r \r Well if the bar happens to be Silvertone, then they DO get harassed by the bartender trying to pick up the one female in their predominantly-gay party. \r \r Unlike the last few reviewers to post on this matter, I actually WAS present when the bartender decided to ask my friend (the straight female who was in town with her boyfriend) what she was doing with that group of f-gs. Recent commentary on this matter--by conjecturing third parties--has decided to fixate on red herrings like the use of the word ""idiotic"" or personal testimonies of continued patronage in their defense of the restaurant. A great mac 'n cheese (which I didn't taste - I visually filled up on cottage cheese from the lady holding her shirt open and gyrating for the bartender's flashlight) doesn't negate that this establishment hires people who feel comfortable tossing out these sorts of offensive and incendiary comments. I thought I left hospitality like this back home in the Bible belt. >>>\r P.S. As for the 25% tip--I daresay it would not have been the same had he paid AFTER we learned what was said.>>>>>>>>STEER CLEAR, QUE*RS! Pros: The service is great Cons: if you're straight
