I will no longer visit the Petsmart store # 1533. The service was extremely poor and the store associate Edna and the store’s manager Terry were very unapologetic for their behavior. I dropped my puppy off at 8 a.m. for grooming on 4/1/12 at 5:52 p.m. the grooming associate Debra left me a voicemail telling me my puppy was ready for pickup and she apologized for the long process. She continued by informing me of the store’s closing time of 6 p.m. When I called the store back the associate who answered the phone informed me I will be charged an overnight fee of $25. Around 5:30 p.m. On 4/2/12 I arrived to the store to pick up my puppy. I let the night manager and Edna hear the voicemail Debra left. Edna's followed with a very rude response, “I didn't know you lived that far."" She continued with ""Terry, who's actually the store manager, said you didn't have to pay the fee, but you can no longer be serviced here."" Disappointing!
