I don't know too much about lumber. I asked the clerk in the lumber area what I was looking for. He sat at his desk and just pointed in the area I was suppose to go. After feeling lost, I went into the direction he pointed and saw a gentleman on a forklift. i then asked him where it was and he said over against the wall and when I asked him if he can show me, he acted like I was disturbing his work. that was the final straw for me. 2 rude employees was enough for me to just walk out and went to Lowes where I got OUTSTANDING service. They took their time and helped me where I felt very comfortable
