Horrible customer service. At first, everything was good. Then, it began when I asked for some water. First guy said I had to buy it from the vending machine. Second guy actually pointed me to the drinking fountain. I went for a test drive and the car was really nice. We went in to negotiate and I threw out an offer of about 3,000 less than advertised. I was giving a reasonable offer since I knew they would ask for a little more. A random manager comes walking by and asks me if I had a drink before going to them. He then tells me that I'm crazy and that I should buy the car elsewhere. I leave and while I'm driving out of the lot, a guy comes out of no where saying he's the owner of the dealership and four others. Of course I don't believe him because his shirt colar looked like he had washed it in the laundry machine and didn't iron it. He tries to play good cop and says these exact words ""What will it take for you to buy this car? I want your money. I'm never going to see you again after you buy the car so that's why the employees here are like this."" BS man. His name is Sam and he's Persian. Go to a real dealership guys and avoid this one. You won't even get a cup of water if you're thirsty. Pros: Lack of water for those of you who are made of sand. Cons: Horrible customer service. Will try to rip you off and show you ridiculous numbers. Showed me invoice cost of car just to try to con me into thinking the car was a steal.
