This is my review for the Service Department. Worst service ever. I took my car for an oil leak. I spoke with Steve Grove the service tech. He told me that they needed to replace the valve cover gasket and a few ""o"" rings so that the leak on my 2002 Mitsubishi Spyder would stop. He called me back with the estimate and it was about 1300. I said WOW!!! but ok I have to get my car fix so I said ok. I got it back a few days after. Once at home I noticed it was still leaking so I talk to the service Manager Gary Dencklau, that was a waste of time. I told him my car is still leaking oil and I payed over 1,000 dollars. He said well we only replace the parts that looked more common for an oil leak. I told him, that's nice but Steve said everything was ok and that there wasn't any more leaks. Gary (Manager) says well "" I'm not a mind reader to know where all the oil leaks are at"". I said well I took it for an oil leak and the leak is still there. Gary says well I guess your going to need additional work done. I said ok, at your cost because if I brought it in for an oil leak, and it's still leaking oil, then what the hell was all that money I payed for then? He said once again he wasn't a mind reader and that he wasn't responsible for that since they replaced what they thought was the oil leak at that time. I said you gotta be kidding me. He said he wasn't going to help me out and tuff luck. I said ok, well I'm going to report you to the business bureau. He said well do what you gotta do. I couldn't believe my ears. I tried to do the right thing by taking it to a Mitsubishi Dealer and then they blow me off once they have taken all my money. These guys are a bunch of thieves. This is my first time writing a review, just because I wonder if they have done this to anybody else. I spoke to a friend that is a lawyer and he definitely told me to report this type of problem to the BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS. People do not get fooled. If any of you have had a problem with this dealer go ahead and check out the website for the BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS maybe they can help you out. BEWARE OF GARY DENCKLAU (SERVICE MANAGER) he doesn't care who he screws over. Hopefully this review can help many of you. I am also getting a lawyer, reporting it to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND THE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. Don't be a victim to this type of crime. Knowledge is power.
