I went there in lieu of my regular stylists who was ill. My daughter just needed a wash and basic flat iron. When I called, I asked for a ""seasoned stylist"" who knew about healthy hair. My daughter goes to the beauty salon every week and her hair was extremely healthy and shoulder length. When she went back to our regular stylists she showed me parts of her hair that were obviously burnt out from the stylist the week before. My daughter then told me ""mama she curled every piece of my hair at least 6-7 times. I am furious needless to say. Now we have to start over to get her hair back to a healthy status. Never again. Get more training for your staff and give the customers what they ask for because the girl was new and I knew it because she worked another shop I am familiar with. Stop chasing money and give good service.
