Review content:
I found River City Koi - Water Gardening last year when I was trying to stock my backyard pond and wanted to look beyond the petstore/hardware store for my fish. Much to my delight, I found much more than just ""fish"" at the establishment. The butterfuly Koi I purchased were not only beautiful, but hardy as they survived this last winter (2009/2010). \r \r The staff at River City Koi were very helpful each and every time I needed assistance with any any issue from clearing up my pond, how to do things organically versus simply adding chemicals to the pond, how to best care for my fish and even giving advice on plants that would be most beneficial to my pond. What was great, is they really cared about the fish, their health and well being. They also seemed to really care about my experience as a fish owner and helping me to develop the knowledge base I need to create the pond enviorment/sanctuary I am working towards in my backyard.\r \r Having an ornamental back yard pond is an investment of time and money. To have the assistance of River City Koi ensures that your money and time will not be wasted. Pros: service, selection, information Cons: somewhat hard to find
